Sproxton Hall Cottages stand in the peaceful hamlet of Sproxton. Close by is Helmsley with everything you would expect from a thriving North Yorkshire market town.
The cottages are converted 18th Century stone farm buildings, each with its own character. Great care was taken in creating four cottages of varying sizes to blend the original features with all the modern conveniences we would expect.
Still boasting timbered ceilings and stone walls, each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, full gas fired central heating and comfortable furniture and beds to ensure your enjoyment and relaxation.
Access to all cottages is level and easy from the parking area. Ryedale Cottage provides ground floor accommodation and its design has in mind visitors who may have limited mobility.

Each cottage has gas fired heating with electricity for lighting, cooking and entertainment. There is a colour television, video and microwave in each cottage along with an iron and ironing board. Bed linen and tea towels are provided.
Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome
